UTUEE or the Uttarakhand Technical University State Entrance Examination is the state level entrance exam conducted by the UKTECH or the Uttarakhand Technical University.
Purpose
The exam is conducted for entrance into courses like B Pharma, BHMCT, B Pharmacy II year/B Tech II year and post graduate course in MCA of State Government, Government, aided and Private unaided institutions affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University. UTUEE is also conducted for admission into MCA and B Pharma of HNB Garhwal University and B Pharma of Kumaon University.
History
The UTUEE is an entrance exam which is being conducted since the university came into existence in 2005. The Uttarakhand Technical University was established by the Uttarakhand Technical University act 2005.

• BTech – Bachelor of Technology
• BHMCT – Bachelors in Hotel Management and Catering Technology
• MCA – Master of Computer Application
Eligibility
The candidate must pass their Higher Secondary examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subject and Biology/Mathematics/Bio- Technology/Computer Science as one of the optional subject along with English. Candidate appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
Examination Pattern
The test will comprise of objective type of questions with multiple choices in the following grounds – Mathematics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Computer Awareness.
Marking
There is no system of negative marking for a wrong answer attempted by a candidate.
